If you’re a new patient, your initial assessment with our Treatment Co-ordinator will be an hour long so that we can include your oral history and get to know you as a patient, discussing any issues or worries you may have as well as your smile ambitions. Following this, you’ll be booked in with one of our experienced Dental Surgeons to discuss your treatment plan and the next stages.

Yes, if you or a family member are experiencing a dental emergency, we will always aim to see you within 24 hours and will be able to offer any advice over the phone to help mitigate pain etc.
