Today I had a consultation appointment with James. It was the most informative dental appointment I've ever had. James took extra care to examine my teeth - I was really impressed by the level of detail and attention throughout the consultation. His professionalism was very reassuring and gave me peace of mind knowing my teeth are in good hands. Also the entire team are really nice.

The hygiene appointment I had was an excellent experience. The hygienist was professional, friendly, and took the time to explain everything clearly. She was gentle throughout the treatment, making me feel comfortable and at ease. My teeth feel incredibly clean, and I also received helpful advice on maintaining good oral hygiene at home. The whole appointment was efficient, and the staff were welcoming from start to finish. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for excellent dental care.

I cannot recommend Dr C. Gallagher enough. I was quite nervous about getting composite bonding, but his reassurance and calm nature put me at ease immediately. He took the time to explain every step of the process, ensuring I was comfortable throughout. The results are better than I could have imagined, while remaining very natural. I now have the perfect smile for my wedding day.I also want to give a mention to the Dental Nurse Georgie. I've had full arch to my upper jaw. Very friendly staff. Very clear explanations and the surgery went very well. Aftercare treatment has been excellent and whenever I was worried the team spoke to me and reassured me every time. The process is not painless. The surgery is a little uncomfortable but pain free. The recovery involves some pain but it was managed by over the counter painkillers.This procedure is cheaper overseas, but I was very ply with having halo and advice instantly to hand.Worth every penny.

I would 100% recommend Springmount Dental Practice. I can be quite nervous going to the dentist but the team put me at ease at every step. The team is so professional, friendly and welcoming and the services are completed to such a high standard that I leave each time knowing that my oral health is in its best shape possible. I have been going to Springmount Dental & Aesthetics for over a year now for facial aesthetics after 5* recommendations from my family and friends who attend for Dental treatments. From the moment you arrive at their beautiful premises at Matlock you are greeted by wonderful caring receptionists. The reception area not only smells amazing you can relax in beautiful surroundings with a stunning views waiting for your appointment.Dr Malcolm Campbell always greets me with a big welcoming smile before treatments.I’ve been having Botox for a while now and I honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else. I have been extremely happy with my results and would highly recommend to go and see Dr Malcolm for facial aesthetics it’s worth every penny.Aftercare is great too a member of staff phones a week later to check how you are getting on.The whole team are great so friendly and professional. I really look forward to going to Springmount.

What an amazing experience!!! I had composite bonding with Dr Conal Gallagher as i was insecure about my smile. Well, I cannot believe how professional and caring the team are! To meeting lovely Jenny on the desk to being taken into surgury where I am made comfortable and welcomed with open arms. The treatment was excellent and every step of the way I was walked through what was happening and how the outcome will look 😁 I am over the moon with my teeth and feel more confident in myself. I hadn’t been to the dentist for FAR too long, though I’m ashamed to admit it. I was phobic after a truly awful childhood experience. I was recommended Springmount by a friend, who had been in a similar boat. To say I have been blown away by my experience would be an understatement!!The team have clearly thought really hard about how to make the experience of going to a dentist as relaxing as possible for their clients. Everything from the enveloping warmth of the welcome offered by the reception staff, to the beautiful smell (so not clinical!) to the first class facilities screams high-end spa far more than dentist!And then there’s the clinical staff. I hardly know what to say about the way they took my fear in their stride, and worked with me, not to endure it, but to overcome it, and see for the first time in my life that there’s nothing to fear about going to the dentist. Every staff member I’ve met has been worthy of praise, but I have to mention Sinead, who handled my tearful mess at my first visit so beautifully and made me feel so safe, and Alicia, who did my fillings so gently and with so much kindness, I hardly knew they were happening - I might as well have been having a facial!!Unless you have spent a lifetime terrified of something, it’s hard to understand the relief and lightness that comes from having that fear lifted from you, but that’s what Springmount has done for me. It’s a special place that has given me a confident smile back, in more ways than one. Thanks team - I can say, hand on heart, that I am looking forward to my next visit :)

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐I’m so grateful to the amazing team at Springmount Dental & Aesthetics! I was really nervous about needing a crown and a few fillings, but they made the whole experience so reassuring and stress-free. Every member of staff was warm, patient, and explained everything clearly, which really helped calm my nerves. The dentist was so gentle - I honestly didn’t feel a thing! I even got to watch three episodes of Friends on the ceiling TV while being treated, which was such a great distraction.It wasn’t cheap, but for someone as anxious as me it was worth every penny for the care, comfort, and time they gave me. They were there whenever I needed them, even offering emergency appointments, which really gave me peace of mind throughout the whole process. My crown looks and feels fantastic, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. I’m so glad I chose Springmount Dental – I honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else now! ❤️

I am an extremely nervous patient having had bad experiences in the past.My experience at Springmount (Matlock) has been brilliant. My concerns are listened to and respected and treatment is delivered at a pace I can cope with.I am much less anxious about my visits now and have, in fact, opted for elective treatment (whitening and composite). That’s massive progress for me!I can highly recommend Springmount to anyone - especially if you are anxious, like me! 😊

Today I attended my final implant appointment for two teeth. The journey has taken a year but I cannot begin to tell you how absolutely over the moon I am with the final result. Thank you so so much to Malcolm, who is so calm and reassuring and also to all his assistants who have been with me every step of the way, your patience and kindness have made this experience a very positive and supported one. I have neglected my teeth for many years through not visiting dentist’s regularly and as a consequence I have had intensive treatment for 15 months. I am on a plan and my treatment is ongoing but I know I am in safe hands. Thank you to Jenny whose chats calm me while I wait. Sam and her associates for everything they are doing and giving me guidance in the care of my teeth, and Sinead for arranging everything. Over the last year of intensive treatment I have been extremely well looked after by all of the staff at Springmount. At every visit I was made to feel relaxed, and well cared for. At no time was I made to think I was 'just another' patient, but more like a member of the 'Springmount family'. The level of clinical care was exceptional and this continued into the after care. To be fair treatment isn't cheap - but somethings are well worth paying that little bit extra for. Thank you for making me smile again!

I’m prompted to post this review after attending my regular visit yesterday with Sam and Emily (good luck for November Emily, you deserve it 😘) I can’t speak highly enough of this practice. The professionalism displayed by everyone is matched by their pride in providing outstanding service and care. I first attended Springmount having been seriously put off dentistry by practitioners who scared the pants off me and, needless to say, my teeth and oral hygiene had become a problem. Seven years on and I’m proud of my smile again, my teeth feel strong and healthy and I no longer have gum disease - I’ve attended my regular hygiene visits and massively benefit from the advice that goes hand in hand with the treatment - their technology is certainly up to date and makes a mockery of old style cleaning techniques and tools. Thank you to the Springmount team - keep it coming - your efforts are reflected in my smile 😁

I can not recommend Springmount more highly. The atmosphere is so relaxing and everyone is so friendly and kind. I have never been treated so well at any other dental practice. I recently had my a hygiene appointment with Katie who is amazing. When I began seeing her I was an off the scale anxious patient with the most sensitive teeth. Highly recommend Springmount dental. Couldn’t fault the service I have received from Sinead and Freddie, they have explained everything to me incredibly well regarding my cosmetic dentistry, and made it very clear what was, and wasn’t possible with my treatment. From the start to finish of my treatment everyone at Springmount was fantastic, you are treated as an individual not just another patient and all members of staff are courteous and polite.Private dentistry is not for everyone as it doesn't come cheap, but as they say 'you get what you pay for' and my experience could not have been better.I would strongly recommend Springmount as a dentist of choice if you are looking for a dental practice that really takes care of you.

Having experienced a phobia of Dentists since childhood I was anxious about visiting the Dentist so much so that I had avoided a visit for many years. Eventually I knew I had to register with a Dentist and make an emergency appointment due to Dental pain. From my initial contact with Jenny the receptionist to meeting Freddie and Malcolm I have been put at ease, reassured, given a clear treatment plan and felt as relaxed as one can be in the Dentist chair. The Practice is excellent, Freddie is an active listener, reassuring, supportive and explains all treatments to clients. The quality of the customer service is outstanding, the waiting area is relaxing and facilities are modern and clean. Well done to all especially Freddie and Jenny.

I literally can’t explain how good Springmount are. The clinics at both Matlock and Chesterfield are like show homes. The service is second to none. After every appointment a member of staff will ring to ask if you are ok…. I’ve had some in depth procedures and I literally fell asleep that’s how gentle they are. Review by Jayne Dethick:I recently completed a treatment at Springmount Dental and Aesthetics for a surgical dental implant. From the outset Dr Malcolm and Jacinta were amazing. They immediately put me at ease in the relaxed environment Malcom has created in his surgery and from the outset explained the whole process to me clearly and thoroughly. Malcom even sent me a video of my personalised treatment plan so I could revisit it in my own time. The surgical process required to prepare the implant was pain free and not at all stressful and I had little to no pain following surgery. Follow up appointments were regular and I felt engaged and full informed at every stage of the treatment plan. My new “tooth” is now fitted and I am so pleased with it. I cannot recommend Malcolm and Jacinta highly enough. Thank you both!

I’ve recently joined as a new patient with Springmount in Matlock; after previous unpleasant experience with a different practice. Malcolm and Dr Bingham have been extremely supportive and welcoming. They provided appointments before my treatment to go through my options for the best outcome for me. To say I was anxious today with my re-RCT the staff were so lovely, patient and understanding. Instead I was left with a positive experience rather than an unpleasant one! Even though the treatment isn’t finished yet, Dr Bingham fitted me with a temporary crown so I still feel confident in my smile in the mean time - which I really appreciate! I honestly would recommend them, especially if you’re thinking about joining as a new patient! Thank you again to all of the staff, you’ve been amazing :)

His commitment to my treatment, and guidance throughout were without fault. The results speak for themselves and I couldn’t be happier. The initial consultation was incredibly thorough and although a few issues were highlighted, they were rectified very quickly and painlessly.I couldn’t recommend Springmount more highly - if you’re looking for a new practice and dentist then give them a try! I recently visited this dentist for teeth whitening and composite bonding, and I can confidently say it was a 5-star experience in every aspect.First and foremost, as an anxious patient, I was pleasantly surprised by how they managed to put me completely at ease. The staff's warmth and understanding played a significant role in making me feel comfortable throughout the visit, There are little details that make a a big difference – for example, there's a TV on the ceiling! It might seem like a small thing, but it turned my appointment into a relaxing and distraction-free experience. I was able to watch something I enjoyed while they worked their magic on my teeth.Speaking of magic, the interior design of their practice is absolutely stunning. It's a perfect blend of elegance and comfort, which makes you feel like you're in a spa rather than a dental office. The aesthetics alone are worth a visit.The staff are wonderful. From the front desk to the dental chair, everyone I interacted with was friendly, professional, and genuinely caring. Their dedication to providing a seamless service is truly commendable.In conclusion, Springmouny exceeded my expectations on all fronts. I am a very nervous patient and have been so impressed with the care I've received.I've needed emergency treatment for a cracked root tooth and I'm in the process of having a dental implant. I have had an extraction and the implant and neither process involved pain; even when the injection wore off I had no pain not even mild discomfort. Every step of the process has been explained clearly and nothing is ever too much trouble for any of the staff. I can't recommend this practice more highly.

Ollie and his dental nurse took great care of me during my treatment for a root extraction. This was painful indeed but I couldn’t have been in better hands, he was very considerate, allowing short breaks for me to recompose myself. The aftercare was also excellent, allowing me to take my time recovering in the waiting room, offering me a drink and generally making sure I was ok. I also received follow up calls on the following two days to ensure I was recovering well.Unfortunately I did get an infection in the gum but again the service and care was very good. I got an emergency appointment the same day and a follow up call two days later. The antibiotics are working and I’m recovering well. Thank you to everyone at Springmount.

I’ve recently had my teeth vastly improved by the Invisalign method and I’m really pleased with the results. Went to get my teeth checked as I hadn't been to a dentist in a few years, and they were fantastic! Staff were all friendly, the building is easy to find and nicely decorated, and more importantly the new patient examination was very thorough (taking multiple different scans, etc.) with the dentist explaining everything as we went through the process. Would highly recommend if you need a new dentist.

I have just had my first consultation with Malcolm and I would like to leave a detailed comment on my experience.My teeth are in chronic condition and I am well aware they need removing, I have been visiting my current dentist, Bupa in Eckington and they have just left me totally confused.I was advised by a friend to visit this surgery and I am so glad I did, the whole experience was excellent, Malcom covered absolutely everything and put me at ease and explained in simple terms what options were available.I have booked to return and look forward to sorting my teeth out and being able to smile again.Thank you.

Really pleased with Springmount - Malcolm and the staff team are all fantastic: very polite, responsive (via email and phone) and seemingly happy in their roles. Feels like a great workplace culture, and as such the service delivery is first class. Treatment wise - I couldn't be happier with the results (Invisalign, whitening and composite bonding): a slick process from start to finish, with all the modern technology to facilitate a quick and pain-less treatment plan, and in a stylish, welcoming environment. Can't recommend Springmount enough on every level - so much so, I'm moving dentists to become part of the Springmount experience moving forward.

My daughter recommended me to Springmount Dental and Aesthetics in Matlock. On arrival for my first examination I received a friendly greeting and was impressed with the comfortable waiting room, it's furniture and decour.The receptionists Debbie, Danielle and Jenny always make me very welcome, not forgetting the tea or coffee whilst I wait.I have never had such a detailed and thorough initial examination as carried out by Dr Malcolm Campbell. All aspects and suggestions for my upcoming treatment were explained.A detailed written dental treatment plan and estimate was provided and Sinead the excellent administrator took time to go through and discuss the plan in detail with me.Sinead always keeps me updated with the progress and any changes to the plan which is reassuring.I have had restorative work, crowns, inlays and implants carried out to a very high stand by Malcolm, using the latest HI tech equipment. He has taken the time to explain and reassure me at every stage and is very ably assisted by dental nurses Amanda, Georgie and Sinead who are always friendly and professional.I am very pleased with the on going hygienist treatment carried out by Lucy and Gemma, they are very thorough and give the best advice on my dental hygeine.The whole experience has been life changing and confidence giving. From the first appointment of the root canal procedure to its completion Freddie and the Team at Springmount performed in a very professional manner. Every step of the process was explained throughly before hand and during each appointment. Any thoughts of anxiety associated to this complicated procedure was negated by the relaxed and confident approach given by Freddie. The informal and friendly atmosphere being projected plus his knowledge of the techniques employed put you at ease. It was a pain free experience and I am more than pleased with final result and the quality of the crown fitted.

It's not often that someone will say that going to visit the dentist was satisfying but I have to say that my experience with JD&A was excellent. The admin staff are polite well trained and pleasant to deal with, the dental care staff are likewise. The dental checkup was thorough and used modern technology for x-Rays and it was less intrusive than I have experienced in the past The hygiene scale and polish was the most considerate and comfortable I have experienced.

Had to have root canal treatment recently - and was dreading it! Freddy was very reassuring and explained everything beforehand. Having had root canal treatment several years ago which I found very traumatic I was very worried. I needn’t have been - the whole process was pain free. A great dental practice that really looks after you. I had root canal treatment which everyone at work said they would never have done again so to say I was nervous was an understatement. Everything was explained to me by Dr F Bingham who did everything to put me at ease and the treatment was far from what my work colleagues had said, completely painless. I have since had a new crown and that too was nothing like the first one I had some years ago. Going to the dentist is now something I don't dread. I am completely happy. with the results of my treatment and will continue visiting them.

Dr Rosenbaum was recommended to me by a family member. I have to say, his professionalism and skill exceeded my expectations. Until I saw him I was not aware how life changing implants could be and what I found particularly impressive was his pride in making the implants appear natural and in keeping with other teeth, rather than wanting to overhaul the whole mouth! Dr Rosenbaum is careful to explain his recommendations in detail at every stage - and at no stage will you experience pain.
